武安市明芳钢铁有限公司（二期）地块位于武安市北关街北侧，中心地理坐标为东经114.19735°，北纬36.71085°，占地面积146898.04㎡（220.37亩），地块内在产期间主要包括超细粉车间及制氧站。截止目前，超细粉车间区域堆存着在武安市明芳钢铁有限公司一期地块办公区和仓库区域开挖地基产生的土方，其余建（构）筑物已全部拆除，现场无污染痕迹。在《武安市中心城区北部重点地段控制性详细规划》中，该地块用地性质为二类居住用地、公园用地、商业设施用地。 2024年9月3日，北京万江建设工程有限公司正式开展污染修复工作。诺源智诚（河北）工程项目管理有限公司承担本工程的环境监理工作，对本项目实施过程进行环境监理。受建设单位武安市明芳钢铁有限公司委托，河北大有环美环保科技有限公司（以下简称“我单位”）承担了本工程的修复效果评估工作，同时确定效果评估检测单位为河北德普环境监测有限公司。本项目根据《武安市明芳钢铁有限公司（二期）地块土壤污染修复技术方案》中确定的目标污染物、修复范围及规定的修复工艺和技术线路完成了该地块污染土壤的修复工作，本项目总清挖土方量为1724m3，其中污染土为902m³（已全部送至水泥窑完成协同处置），清挖清洁土822m³，现堆存在地块内清洁土暂存区。经评估达到了风险评估规定的修复目标值处置要求，可根据现有的利用规划进行安全利用，建议从建设用地土壤污染风险管控和修复名录中移除。

河北某药业股份有限公司老厂区地块土壤污染状况调查项目时间：2022年项目地点：衡水地块面积：51242.05m2 项目简介：该老厂区前身为衡水制药厂原料分厂，始建于1990年，1992年投产，建有一条安乃近生产线；2000年后该公司分别新增了一条安乃近生产线、一条氯乙酸生产线、一条氨基比林生产线、一条安替比林生产线和一条扑热息痛生产线，2018年公司原料药生产线停产。我单位于2022年对该地块进行了土壤污染状况调查，该地块不仅存在异味土和黑色土，而且可能存在人体健康风险，需要开展详细调查、风险评估及修复工作。我单位根据检测结果对其特征污染物及异味物质进行了筛查，并编制了土壤污染状况调查初步调查报告，2022年9月顺利通过专家评审。

项目时间：2019年 -2020年项目地点：张家口怀安县地块面积：238456.6m2 主要污染物：氨氮修复技术：土壤：常温解吸；地下水：抽出处理项目简介：怀安某化肥厂位于张家口市怀安县，主营尿素、碳铵等氮肥。该厂于2010年停产，生产区设备和地表建筑物已拆除，该地块拟作为二类居住用地开发。经调查和风险评估，土壤和地下水受到氨氮污染，氨氮污染土壤采用常温解吸技术修复，地下水采用抽出处理技术。目前，该场地土壤修复工程已通过评审会，地下水修复实施中，近期监测数据显示修复效果明显，地下水中污染物大幅削减。

项目时间：2018年项目地点：河北省石家庄市场地面积：9085.0m2 项目简介：华北制药集团位于河北省省会石家庄市，前身为华北制药厂，华北制药厂的建成开创了我国大规模生产抗生素的历史。华北制药某兽药事业部始建于1982年，主要生产水针制剂及冻干粉剂两种类型的药品。该兽药事业部停产后拟调整为商业金融业用地，根据国家和河北省的有关规定，需开展场地环境调查。我单位在接受委托后，派专业技术人员对本场地进行了现场踏勘、场地调研、资料收集、方案制定和钻探采样等工作，并将土壤样品送至第三方检测机构进行检测分析，取得检测报告后，我单位针对本场地检测结果进行了统计和深入分析，编制完成了场地环境调查报告，并于2018年12月初通过专家评审。

项目时间：2017年项目地点：云南会泽县地块面积：9.04平方公里项目类型：农田重金属修复主要污染物：砷、镉重金属修复技术：原位钝化修复 +深翻 +生态恢复项目简介：该区域长期矿产冶炼加工过程中累积形成的重金属污染问题日趋严重，致使农田减产及撂荒，重金属防治任务紧迫形势严峻。我单位接受委托后，根据污染严重程度分区处理，采用原位钝化处理 +深翻 +生态恢复的方式进行修复。本项目历时两年，土壤中重金属污染大幅减少，完成了修复目标，目前该地块已作为轻工业园区用地使用。本修复工程完成后改善了该区域下游河流水质，消除了环境安全隐患，保障了人体健康，社会效益明显，对云南省土壤修复有着示范作用。
